About the Role
We’re growing! Come join our team! We are a family business, looking for a highly motivated, passionate individual to help us cook, coat and package our hand stirred, kettle popped corn. This position is permanent part time, 20-30 hours per week including evening / weekend shifts.
Production team members are responsible for the safe handling of Shriner’s Creek Kettle Popcorn products.
Production workers may work in a variety of roles within the plant to include loading raw materials into a confection machine, completing the cooking process, inspecting product, and/or load product into packaging machine as well as operating a packaging line.
Machine operators are required to operate multiple processing and/or packaging machinery in a safe and productive manner, working as a team and or leading production workers on the line.
All workers are responsible for maintaining our highest sanitation and quality standards, performing daily audits and completing daily production paperwork.

Qualifications:
Be flexible to work day and or evening shifts.
Be available to work weekends, holidays as scheduled.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Previous food handling experience is desirable
Ability to work independently within our team environment
Close attention to detail
Reliable transportation required
Good hand-eye coordination

Light to moderate physical effort required
Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
